TENANCY SET UP AND RENEWALS: We will arrange all the necessary setting up of a tenancy agreement including all compliance and latest legal requirements and regulations. We will also ensure that each renewal is carried out with up to date tenant and landlord laws, health and safety regulations and property management best practices.
